Ukraine – Kiev and Odessa

I had a two-day adventure in Kiev, Ukraine’s capital, where I almost froze to death in the -15C weather and got the chance to admire some beautiful churches and snow. A lot of the snow was yellow (ew), but most of it was white and gorgeous. The rest of my time in Ukraine was spent in Odessa, enjoying walks in the city and trips to the opera until the reality of winter and snow was too clear to be ignored. At that point, I opted for staying indoors and drinking delicious tea.
